Uncompromising Confidentiality
We may provide references upon request – but we will never talk about our clients.
We do not publish any lists of our clients. We disclose the names of our clients to candidates only when they are sent for their first face-to-face interview. That’s because we are dedicated to protecting the strategic decisions and business plans that have motivated our clients to hire externally – as well as their confidentiality.
The business approach of Rebstöck Consulting does not involve rushing to drop names of the companies we’ve worked for. We offer our clients a level of discretion which cannot be matched anywhere else on the market
This is partly because we value our client’s confidentiality, and that means never exposing their activities for marketing purposes.
But most of the reason is that it’s simply not necessary. Our client list is more than just confidential. On the strength of our unique practices and values, it is also constantly growing – as rapidly as our reputation.
“Executive search consultants … are masters of a covert craft that relies heavily on discretion and its practitioners’ ability to see and communicate how an executive’s gifts, experience, character and vision can boost a corporate client’s performance.”
– Joseph Daniel McCool, Deciding Who Leads
The following reports give an idea not only of the type of assignments we have successfully completed, but also the unique style and approach that we bring to each one.
